Barring any last-minute changes, President Buhari will sign the amended Electoral Act Amendment Bill on Friday, February 25.
A source close to the Presidency, who had earlier disclosed that the President would assent to the bill today February 23, confirmed the new date to Channels TV.
According to the source, the new date will be honored by the President.
