Buhari transmits constitution alteration bill and others to Reps

The House of Representatives has announced that it has received some executive bills, including Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria Alteration Bill 2022, from President Muhammadu Buhari.

Speaker of the House, Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila read out the letter through which the bills were transmitted, on the floor of the green chamber on Monday, November 14.

The bills are: Federal Capital Territory (FCT) 2023 budget proposals, Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) 2023 budget proposals, the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB) and Tribunal Bill 2022 alongside the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria Alteration Bill 2022.

After reading out the letter, Gbajabiamila forwarded the letter to the relevant committees for their consideration.
