Presidential candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC), Omoyele Sowore has denied being an agent of the United States Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).
Sowore who spoke at a town hall meeting organized by Arise TV in collaboration with the Centre for Democracy and Development (CDD) on Sunday, November 13, said President Muhammadu Buhari would have ‘disappeared’ for arresting him if he were indeed a CIA agent.
He said;
“I am not a CIA agent, if I was, Buhari would have disappeared from the surface of the earth when he detained me. You cannot do that with CIA agent. I am a Nigerian, I have not even accepted a US citizenship and I have lived there for 20 years.”
