The Supreme Court will on March 3, deliver judgment on the lawsuit filed by some States against the Naira swap policy of the Federal Government.
The date was announced by a nine-member panel led by Justice John Okoro after final arguments from lawyers to parties in the cases were taken.
Over 10 state governments have expressed interest in the case which is yet to be decided on.
