Women protest election results in Rivers (photos/video)

Some women on Wednesday, March 15, staged a protest at the Independent National Electoral Commission office in Port Harcourt, Rivers State over the Saturday, February 25 Presidential and National Assembly election results.

The aggrieved women wore black and carried placards with inscriptions conveying their grievances. The women carried different placards with different inscriptions such as “INEC Rivers State is not for sale,” “INEC we are watching,” and “INEC do the right thing for once,” amongst others.
