P0.rn video interrupts Nigeria’s investors call on dollar funding

A virtual investors’ meeting organized by Nigeria’s Debt Management Office (DMO) on Thursday, August 15, took a shocking turn when it was interrupted by a p0rn0graphic video clip.

The incident occurred during a hybrid roadshow intended to secure investments for the federal government’s dollar-denominated domestic bond.

The unexpected interruption has been attributed to “hackers,” although the DMO has yet to release an official statement regarding the incident.

An attendee at the meeting, who spoke to TheCable, confirmed that the explicit video played for about 10 seconds before the session was abruptly disconnected. The video reportedly featured graphic s3xual content that caught participants off guard.

The meeting was convened to discuss the prospects of the federal government’s $500 million domestic bond, which is scheduled for issuance on August 19. The session included investors, analysts, bank officials, and government stakeholders.
