Abducted Mission School student regain freedom

The student of Kings School otherwise known as Capro Secondary Mission School located at Gana Ropp in Barkin Ladi Local Government Area of Plateau State who was kidnapped by unknown gunmen on April 29, has regained freedom. 

It was reported earlier that 4 students were kidnapped during the attack but while three of the students escaped,  one remained in captivity.

Spokesman of Operation Safe Haven, Major Ibrahim Shittu said on Sunday May 2 that troops rescued the remaining student in captivity on Saturday May 1. 

Shittu who said no ransom was paid to secure the student’s release, added that the rescued student is in good health condition and has since been reunited with other students in the college.
