Thugs occupy NLC office in Kaduna

The state secretariat which is the meeting point of protesters partaking in the ongoing 5-day warning strike, was reportedly invaded by thugs numbering about 100. 

They were however stopped by a police detachment which arrested about 20 of them. 

Police spokesperson in the state,  ASP Muhammad Jalige confirmed the arrest and also disclosed that security operatives have been deployed to stop any breakdown of law and order. 

Premises of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) in Kaduna State was on Wednesday May 19, invaded by armed thugs. 

The state secretariat which is the meeting point of protesters partaking in the ongoing 5-day warning strike, was reportedly invaded by thugs numbering about 100. 

They were however stopped by a police detachment which arrested about 20 of them.
