Enugu observes total compliance with IPOB’s sit-at-home order

Residents of Enugu state also complied with the sit-at-home order issued by members of the Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB.

The secessionist group last week announced a total lock-down in the South East every Monday, beginning from today August 9, to protest the detention of their leader, Nnamdi Kanu.

Some of the Enugu residents say they had no choice than to comply with the directive as they fear they might be attacked by members of the group who might see them running their businesses.
