A confident display from the versatile defender. He was never troubled and also supported the attack as well.

Organised the defence well and easily cut out the threats of the Liberian strikers. The centre-back got a befitting birthday present from his teammates.

Not one of his best performance for the Super Eagles but still did his job of shielding the defence well.

A livery performance from the midfielder. Had the chance to put the Super Eagles ahead early in the first half but failed to convert.

The Everton man bagged two assists in what was a very lively performance.

The winger didn’t too much in the game. He was replaced by Samuel Kalu in the 77th minute.

VICTOR OSIMHEN 6/10
ToIled hard to impress but it was not his day. Struggled to get going and was duly replaced by Paul Onuachu in the 77th minute.
