Iheanacho Voted Leicester’s Man Of The Match After Win At Brighton

Kelechi Iheanacho was named Leicester City’s Man of the Match after helping them to a 2-1 comeback win away to Brighton and Hove Albion on Saturday night.

This was announced on Leicester’s verified Twitter handle after the game.

Iheanacho who started the comeback for Leicester after drawing them level with a lovely goal, polled 45 per cent of the votes.

In second place was Youri Tielemans with 26 per cent while scorer of the winning goal Ghana’s Daniel Amartey got 25 per cent.

The Super Eagles star has now scored three goals in 15 Premier League appearances this season.

Also, his total strike for the season in all competitions is seven goals in 27 appearances with three assists.

The win strengthen Leicester’s chances of a top four finish as they move up to second on 53 points.
