Nigerian Community in Turkey Mourn over the death of Oduware Christopher

It was disturbing moment for family, friends and the Nigerian Community in Turkey (NICOT) as they mourn and buried late Oduware Christopher, who died on February, 2021. Late Christopher was committed into mother earth at the Kilyos Mezarlik Cemetery in Istanbul last Thursday 18th of February 2021, as friends and members of NICOT rallied round the bereaved family to pay their last respect.

Thekorrespondent.com learnt that late Oduware Christopher who hails from Edo State recently passed on at the age of 41-year-old after he was found and declared dead in his apartment at Esenyurt, Istanbul by the authorities.

Thekorrespondent.com also gatheredthat late Oduware who had only spent few months in Istanbul had health related issues and as such, the cause of his death may be related to seizure he had during sleep on the day he died.

At the funeral, it was a freezing day as Pastor Amaechi Joseph of the Redeem Christian Church of God RCCG in his sermon reminded sympathizers and the bereaved family that death was inevitable and admonished them to reconcile their path with Christ through repentance.

A family member of the deceased who could not hide his tears at the funeral of his late brother described him as an industrious and an easy going person.
