Dino Melaye has proposed that any Nigerian who survives till the end of the Buhari-led administration should be given a certificate of survival.
According to him, such a person has survived hunger, kidnapping, banditry, and killings.
He said this at a function recently.
”I want to propose that at the expiration of Muhammadu Buhari as the President of Nigeria, due to hunger, kidnapping, bandits and killings, any Nigerian that survives, I move a motion that that Nigerian should be given a certificate of survival.”
