Lawyer attends Supreme court proceedings in traditional worshiper’s regalia after apex court approved use of hijab in schools and public places

A Nigerian lawyer caused a stir at the Supreme court today June 23, when he attended proceedings in the court in his traditional worshiper’s regalia.

According to him, he decided to dress that way following the judgment of the Supreme Court delivered on June 17, that allows Nigerians express their mode of worship, which includes the use of hijab in schools and public places.
